WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMERS TO THESE PEOPLE.
WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVED THE CHICK TOLD ME TO COME DOWN TO GET MY FOOD, AS SHE SAT IN HER CAR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET, NOT EVEN NEAR THE SIDEWALK. WHAT PART OF "DELIVERY" IS THAT?!?! CALLED THE STORE AND THEY TOTALLY SIDED WITH HER!!
TOTALLY JUST LOST A VALUABLE CUSTOMER!

Just got my order. So far not bad. The delivery lady got lost a little, no problem. The portions were good for the money and overall I would say that it was good for delivery Chinese. A strong 6 or 7

Over all VERY GOOD food! The only thing I can say that isnt my fave. is the dry fried ribs... they arent what I am used to and they were way over cooked! however if you like Prawns try the Honey walnut prawns!!!! Perfection!!! The delivery guy could walk up to my door next time instead of demanding I come down to him... but the food IS GOOD!

The delivery took over an hour but the food came still hot. The big problem was the Mongolian Beef order. It was more like Mongolian Onion, with a little bit of beef.

My favorite place to eat..I've been going to this place for years. I even went out of state for years..the first thing I ate when I came back was hong kong (: Yummmmmmiiieeeeee!!!

Food tastes pretty good. Hot. Good portions. Delivery was pretty fast -- right around 30 minutes during dinner time (ordered at 7).
BUT -- the "delivery" guy saw me come to the front door of my building, and sat in the car. I went up to the car, he still sat in the car. He handed me the card receipt to sign, still sat int he car. All this time, the food sat in the passenger seat. After I handed him the receipt, he still sat in the car, and I reached inside his car to take my food. Eh... delivery? Some young kid. Tip was $0, and this is from me, who's worked as a waiter for some years during college, and makes it a point to tip 20% at restaurants, cafes, etc.

driver can never get my address correct and always calls in a fury...my past orders with them have been ok, food was not great quality but at least the order was correct. this time around i got curry chicken and mixed vegetables, both of which are supposed to come with rice, well, there was no rice! i give it an ok because i might order from them again because it does the trick, but they are a bit inconsistent.

Really good food with fast delivery. You get a sense they are trying to satisfy. I recommend alot of the menu they offer but the golden fish is great offering for parties or sports events.
I will order again and again. Yes they charge more for rice but the price of rice has quadrupled over the past year...at least they called and allow a choice. Great service and polite Staff.

Cheap but not very good quality. The food was not the best, but I'd give them another try in a pinch.

This is THE BEST chinese delivery in Oakland, CA. The food is always prepared fresh and delivered piping hot! The facility itself is very clean and spacious. A must have.

None of the items that say over rice come over rice. you need to tell them and pay extra for some steamed rice. not only that they make you feel bad because you thought you were getting a better deal for your money. they are rude and unfriendly. i had to pay extra for plates but couldn't get what i thought i was paying for
